SENIOR FITNESS: Senior Fitness is a class great for all ages but geared toward the senior population.  This low impact cardio and toning class is designed to focus on muscular strength and range of motion. Get challenged while feeling confident you are doing safe exercises for your body. We encourage you to try the class if you are just starting group fitness or recovering from injury, and wanting to get back in good health.
